We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return goods without reason within 14 days. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
