Returns Policy

We offer a 24-hour order cancellation policy and a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Return Conditions:
For orders that have been shipped, please contact us via email to request a return. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Return Process:

Cancel Order Request within 24 Hours
You can contact us via email at info@sekeystore.com to request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we receive your email, we will process your request as soon as possible.
If the cancellation is due to an incorrect address or if you want to change the purchased item, you can contact us within 24 hours to make the change.

30-Day Return Request
You can contact us via email at info@sekeystore.com and provide the relevant purchase proof or order number along with your return instructions.
If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide you with a return label.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
