We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and placed back in the original packaging. You will need to provide a proof of purchase. Please contact us by sending an email to info@sekeystore.com to initiate the return process. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is not due to product quality, we can provide a return address, but the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return via the original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at info@sekeystore.com.
